Metawee Group announced the launching of La Vida Compound’s second phase; the project which is located in New Heliopolis City with a total of 230 million pounds of investments through self-financing in order to provide 500 housing units in a dynamic location. The compound comes as a part of Metawee Group’s plan to develop the real estate sector in 2016 and provide a larger and more comprehensive portfolio that includes residential, touristic and administrative projects.
Mohamed Metawee, CEO of Metawee Group, stated that the company has already finished all the procedures of the first and second phase with a cost up to EGP 140m till now, which included implementing 60% of the project since starting working on the second phase. Metawee also affirmed that this new project comes within their real estate development plan for 2016 and their interest in providing housing units consistent with the Egyptian community’s current conditions by offering several payment methods and facilitation to allow different categories the opportunity to contract.
Metawee noted that La Vida project has provided so far 300 daily labor opportunities. As for the project’s third phase – which will open the window for reservations with different payment and installments methods – Metawee said: “The company is scheduled to end the 3rd phase and deliver the compound by 2019”. He pointed out that the company is committed to delivering the compound units on time, seeking to earn its clients’ satisfaction.
In that context, Metawee Group’s Marketing Manager, Aya El-Shenawy stated that La Vida compound is built over an area of 26.000 sqm in New Heliopolis City which is just a few minutes away from New Cairo and the 5th settlement, in a vital and distinctive location. She added that the compound also provides all security elements needed for its occupants as well as life-time maintenance considering it’s an independent community.
El-Shenawy added that La Vida Compound is implemented using a modern, Italian-inspired design that is characterized by its simplicity and creating a distinctive feel and a beautiful look with 65 % of the compound comprised of greenery and a offering variety of services and recreational areas, including the best cinemas, coffee shops and commercial malls. El-Shenawy stated that the company is providing convenient prices with the ability to pay by installments for up to eight years.
